Dogs in restaurants bill

This bill would allow customers to take dogs in Florida restaurants.

Dogs would be able to join their owners at some restaurants with outdoor seating under a bill the Senate Regulated Industries Committee has approved. The measure (SB 1172) would create a three-year test program to let cities that want to participate give restaurants exemptions from the health code to allow dogs to accompany their owners on outdoor patios or sidewalk dining areas.
